I’m a Human Resources professional with over 10 years of experience supporting organizations through effective people strategies and talent development. My background includes full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and HR operations. I’m known for being reliable, organized, and collaborative—someone who communicates clearly and adapts well to change.Currently, I serve as the Lead Recruiter at Brilliant Corners, a nonprofit organization that provides housing and supportive services across California. I lead a team of eight recruiters and oversee the full recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting talent to interviewing and hiring. It’s incredibly rewarding to contribute to a mission that directly impacts our community.Before joining Brilliant Corners, I was the HR Manager at CALM, a nonprofit focused on the prevention and treatment of childhood trauma. In that role, I managed HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, facilities, and employee engagement across a growing team of 200+ employees.Earlier in my career, I spent seven years at Casa Pacifica, a behavioral health nonprofit with over 500 employees, where I led efforts in recruitment, benefits, compliance, HR programs, and employee engagement initiatives. I supported staff and leaders at all levels, helping build strong teams that aligned with the organization\'s mission of serving youth and families in need.Working with mission-driven organizations has been a consistent and fulfilling part of my career.
