About Cynthia Tackett
I mentor, guide, and train teams. I love to help people see their value and potential. It is important to me to have a good work culture that encourages personal growth, enables team connection, and demonstrates the value each person brings with their unique skills and personality.I like to design and make things both digitally and by hand. I am most happy at work when I am creating tools and systems for the organization to manage information more effectively or putting together a nice PowerPoint master slide set and building SharePoint sites and designing posters. I create in many capacities at home with painting, plenty of glitter and rhinestone projects, epoxy art, and pretty much anything I can get my hands on.The most important thing to me is the ability to mentor and guide others to their true potential. My job title is less important than who I get to work with and how we work together to build each other up and support each other in our goals. I am passionate with my work. I am a leader by nature and a trained manager. There is a healthy balance between having empathy and compassion while supporting the company objectives. We need to be able to work together to get the job done and understand that we are all individuals with our own personalities, life experiences, and lives outside of the workplace that have an impact on how we perform at work. If we can support each other through the normal ups and downs in life, we will be successful as a team.
