I am an ICF-trained, Board Certified, Executive and Life Coach. My coaching practice is grounded in neuroscience and positive psychology. Coaching the whole person, I partner with my clients to co-create a coaching program that aligns your strengths, values, and interests to cultivate shifts in mindset, identify and sustain personal and professional goals, and create a plan to help you live and work more fully, mindfully, and with intention.
