I’m an operations and project leader with a background in nonprofit executive leadership, event management, and high-level coordination.Throughout my career, I’ve been the person who brings structure to moving parts—coordinating people, managing logistics, and ensuring projects and initiatives run smoothly from start to finish. I enjoy working at the intersection of organization, communication, and execution.As an Executive Director, I led multi-site operations, managed budgets, and worked closely with board members, staff, and community partners to align strategy with execution. A significant part of my role involved translating big-picture priorities into day-to-day action—overseeing events, coordinating across teams, and ensuring initiatives were delivered effectively.I’ve managed complex schedules, programs, and events while serving as a key point of coordination between leadership, staff, clients, and external partners.
