I love what I do and I am incredibly grateful to practice my craft with such a special company! I am passionate about our mission – to empower every organization on the planet to achieve more - and I love being part of the most dynamic industry in the world – technology. My global team and I partner with the Gaming business (Team Xbox)- one of the most exciting (and growing) consumer propositions in Microsoft. We have the awesome privilege of doing our part, through fun and fast paced people work, to bring the joy and community of gaming to everyone on the planet. Among my favorite aspects of the organization is the commitment to leading the way on diversity and inclusion not just in our company but for the gaming industry overall. A constant work in progress from which we learn every day!My passion for building a more inclusive workforce and environment extends beyond one business. I buy into our saying,\"Come as you are, do what you love!\" I have had the privilege of serving as Microsoft\'s co-Executive sponsor of GLEAM, the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Ally, Intersectionality employee resource group. I currently co-sponsor Women @ Microsoft, and actively support external women and girls serving organizations through board work and volunteerism.
