   Manage safety initiatives for 22 locations, along with DOT Compliance for 50+ DOT Authorities, including IFTA, IRP, MCS-150s, and UCR reporting- Conduct investigations of accidents and handle insurance claims, adjustments, payouts, and reporting according to FMCSA requirements- Enforce equipment safety policies for 350 power unit fleet with 200+ assets, maximizing safety and compliance for 200+ personnel- Maintain 60 SCAC codes for DOT compliance and handle all MCS-150 updates, BOC-3, state Filings for annual and intrastate hauling authority, registered agents, and property tax filings- Achieved annual cost savings of $9,231 by performing a utilization analysis and monitoring expenses to ensure alignment with annual budget- Contributed to acquisition of 19 locations and selling three, closing one, and consolidation of two other locations, each requiring qualifying existing drivers and updating fleet equipment- Increased compliance with safety and insurance reporting requirements by developing new online procedures- Supervise three direct reports, including a Safety Admin, and two Safety Managers- Established DOT driver qualification file policies and DOT equipment file and maintenance programs- Authorized as mini-DMV for title work and vehicle registrations with knowledge of multiple state intrastate policies and reporting for inter, intrastate, and household good moving in several states- Awarded the Apple Moving Championship Chip in 2022 and 2023.
