As a Recruiter I challenge myself to view through the lens of Inclusion and Diversity when sourcing and growing our talent. As a proud immigrant I personally understand how often key talents may be overlooked with intentional/unintentional bias. With over 10 years of hospitality and management experience and a successful track record in achieving results and developing talent in my team, I know first hand how integral the beginning of a partner\'s (employee\'s) experience is in setting them up for success.
