I am a Senior Program Manager (PMP, CSM) and civic leader dedicated to translating complex ideas into actionable, results-focused systems. My mission is to improve how government and nonprofit organizations serve their communities through clarity, efficiency, and human-centered design.I specialize in applying Human-Centered Design (HCD) and systems thinking to fix large-scale operational processes and build organizational capacity. Currently, I help manage the critical Standard Application Process (SAP), a multi-million dollar program that coordinates the policy and technical efforts of 16 federal statistical agencies. This work requires me to lead diverse technical teams, oversee vendors, and present strategies directly to high-level officials, including the Chief Statistician of the United States.My commitment to public service extends to my community. As the Board Chair of Kunta Kinte Celebrations Inc, I apply my PMP expertise to ensure the sustainability of cultural preservation efforts and promote civic engagement.I am always looking to connect with others who are passionate about government transformation, effective program execution, and building capacity for a stronger public sector.
