About Cynthia Fallon
I\'ve spent over 30 years focused on innovation in industry from the vantage points of both technology and business. I have led, stopped, redirected, and supported several hundred projects over the years. Some were very technical, long term and ground-breaking while others were more an exercise in rebranding. Some were in heavily regulated spaces while other were limited only by the speed with which we could be up and operational. Listening and creating an environment where honest communication is the expectation is foundational. In spite of all the tools used over those hundreds of projects, success or failure always came down to how teams were managed, supported, and empowered. With the right encouragement, teams will see the possibilities for greater impact. My goal is to enable profitable innovation.On a personal note.Having overcome decades of chronic illness, I eagerly get involved in efforts to support wellness. My personal journey has ignited my passion to change health outcomes. I enjoy meeting and working with highly motivated, mission-driven, creative individuals who are working to restore human health.I am a university and high school guest lecturer, with special interest in educating our youth on nutritional science. Decades of overwhelming advertising encouraging poor food choices has been a key factor in undermining the health of our nation. My desire is to enact meaningful change through education.
