Experience includes managing day to day operations of a center with a budget of over $36 million and planning and implementing customer contact centers. In 2005 I led efforts to implement and install a new telephony system for the Virginia Retirement System. In 2009 I designed the customer contact center from the ground up for the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission.
