Post-Closing Construction Management•Provide management support to the Construction & Development Department• Review and verify accuracy of construction draw requests and supporting documentation • Assist with gathering and vetting the necessary construction-related borrower documentation and information• Update and keep track of expenses related to each project per the associated construction budget• Review cost ledgers and conduct cost analysis on inspection reports• Respond and coordinate with the borrower/sponsor to ensure that they are kept updated on the status of their project and processing of their construction draws• Respond to customers and borrower requests and/or concerns and provide solutions to any problems or issues•Collect, analyze and review construction-related documentation on active construction projects, including budgets, change order logs, lien waivers, title documentation, site inspection reports, and other documents required under the loan documents for completeness, and accuracy.•Coordinate the timely funding of construction draw advances.
