Founder of EPI Research Inc- celebrating 25 years in business!Extensive experience in ESG indicator and metrics development with evergreen plans for monitoring.A unique combination of “hard data” analysis capacity with 30 years of community engagement and ability to identify the overlap and gaps between what we “think we know” and what clients and front line staff tell us. Best evidence based decision making and strategies must result from expertise in obtaining and using both types of data. Extensive experience in public speaking, knowledge exchange, identifying client/patient/staff concerns and developing communication strategies to address concerns, fears and need for information.
