Project Subject Matter Expert for Apple iTunes and Google Play prepaid card program. Manage and coordinate all Apple iTunes and Google Play projects. Manage the relationship with internal and external stakeholders to define and manage projects related to product launches for both mature and developing international markets. Schedule and allocate resources, based on technical requirements, across various IT platforms for card implementation and new merchant integration. Support business, marketing and financial units for data compliance. Post-implementation follow up. Daily operational analysis and POS network troubleshooting.
