With over 30 years of experience as a Master Senior Stylist, and salon leader, I’ve built my career around service, communication, and building trust. Those same values have guided my transition into working as a Community Association Property Manager.In this role, I support HOA boards, homeowners, vendors, and maintenance teams to keep communities running smoothly, from daily operations and emergency issues to long-term capital improvement projects. I believe in open, consistent communication, checking for understanding, and making sure everyone stays on the same page. It’s a true team effort, and the results speak for themselves when everything comes together.I work with diverse communities, many of which have a large number of Spanish-speaking residents. Being bilingual has made a real difference in helping people feel seen, heard, and confident that their concerns are understood and addressed.Whether managing properties or working behind the chair, adaptability is key.
