I am leveraging my skills in small business development, strategy and high performance team building acquired from my 20+ years of experience from two large Fortune 500 companies to oversee my late husband\'s family logistics business. Custom Express has been part of the family conversations for over 35 years and the company has had tremendous success and growth through the generations. I contemplated several months before leaving my big business career I loved until I decided to challenge myself in the small family business which already has a great core of leaders with years of knowledge and experience. I can now confidently say I made the right choice. I plan to continue to build a team of employees that feel empowered, challenged and satisfied with the company they support. My goal is bring the people I employ to the same level of love and commitment to Custom Express as I had for my previous employers. In turn, building a team who has passion for their job will deliver exceptional service to the customers and provide growth to the business.
