Utilizing my professional business and training expertise, developed curriculum and instructed several graduate and undergraduate courses in the fields of management and leadership, strategic analysis, human resources, ethics, and project management. This included test preparation and grading, development of activities and assignments which promoted learning at a strategic level, and utilization of the Canvas and Blackboard systems for distance education and classes on ground. Current focus is Quality Matters certified online distance learning.I have served as the Faculty Advisor for the Society for Human Resource Management club on the KU Lawrence campus.Key strength includes a commitment to excellence to educate leaders within KU and throughout the community. Evidence of this strength includes the ability to build rapport with students both inside and outside the classroom, resulting in long-term positive support throughout the student’s academic and professional experience.

Over 23 years experience at the University of Kansas School of Business, most recently as a Teaching Professor. In this role, my responsibilities include instructing management and leadership, strategy, organizational behavior, ethics, and project management at the undergraduate and graduate level. Classes include lecture hall, traditional classroom, and online distance learning. I am Quality Matters certified for online design and development.Member of Johnson County Community College Marketing and Business Advisory Board; Project Management Institute; KC-PMI; Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Kansas City Consortium, Mid-America Mensa.Bubb Excellence in Teaching award recipient, Spring 2022.
