Company Operations Focus: Responsible for overseeing and managing internal operational procedures- Duties include: facilitating the recruiting and hiring process, onboarding and training new employees on internal best practices- Reviewing existing policies and procedures while strategizing, developing, overseeing and implementing organizational structure changes- Prioritizing the best interest of the company through ensuring streamlined communication between departments- Facilitating meetings surrounding company-wide forecasting, budgeting and revenue, and budget tracking for internal spending- Tracking and updating software/licenses for renewal, researching potential platform upgrades where applicable- Vacation and timecard tracking- Analysis of benefits packages, including enrolment and general administration support. Implementation of employee health and wellness spending accounts- Tracking hardware inventory and ensuring office equipment, software, platforms, and maintenance comply with company and employee needs. Talent Management Focus: Act as the key point of contact for employee satisfaction and engagement- Duties include: optimization of employee training and education programs for professional development- Facilitating quarterly performance reviews based on key performance indicators, streamlining processes of tracking employee growth and development- Facilitating conversations regarding employee performance, areas for improvement, follow-ups on deliverables and acknowledgement of successful carry-outs of tasks- Reviewing and updating employee job descriptions as roles and responsibilities expand- Planning and executing onsite and offsite team-building activities.
