Having held multiple roles in professional services, I leverage my deep experience leading complex projects and teams to help organizations execute strategies allowing them to nimbly adapt and remain competitive in the dynamic world of technology consulting. At the heart of this work is my commitment to building organizational cultures grounded in inclusion, trust, and mutual respect so that people are supported to do their best work and grow in their careers.The opportunities, experiences, and insights I have gained through 17 years of working in professional services for social impact organizations have shaped my views on the importance of taking a human-centric approach, leading with empathy and integrity, as well as how crucial it is to create and sustain a balance between employee and client experiences. I have a deep understanding of professional services and hands-on experience aligning people strategies with business goals and objectives. I have consistently succeeded in leading organizations to build human-centric practices in order to achieve their strategic objectives - resulting in the industry’s highest level of employee tenure at an average of 7 years, 3x that of competing organizations, and customer satisfaction scores averaging 4.9 out of 5 annually. I am passionate about organizational and team development, and creating an exceptional work environment for the extraordinary people who work in service of social impact organizations.
