About Cynthia Cindy Prehar
Psychologist scientist with extensive experience conducting, and supervising, social science research. Experienced in both experimental and non-experimental designs, as well as quantitative and qualitative research methods. Currently conducting research on 1) diversity, equity, and inclusion and 2) college student career development. Expertise in industrial-organizational psychology and the teaching of psychology as well.I value the role of science in decision-making, and am interested in helping organizations improve the human experience through data collection and analysis. I am also passionate about helping young adults prepare for their professional futures. Finally, I am committed to becoming more versed in diversity, equity, and inclusion- in the classroom and beyond.
