I’m a Recruitment Consultant on the Engineering & Technical team at Agilus Work Solutions, specializing in permanent and contract placements within the Oil & Energy sector. With over 5 years of agency recruitment experience, I’ve built a strong foundation across engineering and technical, commercial/industrial, and office/professional recruitment. My passion lies in connecting individuals with meaningful employment that aligns with their long-term goals. I take a personalized, people-first approach, conducting technical and behavioral-based interviews to understand each candidate’s unique experience, achievements, and motivators. Before entering recruitment, I spent 10 years in the retail industry, including 5 years in management with brands like GUESS, Pseudio, and Victoria’s Secret. I developed expertise in sales leadership, team development, operations, hiring, onboarding, and customer experience—skills that seamlessly transitioned into my success in recruitment and client management.
