As a Payroll Analyst at Tower Research Capital, I support the firm’s global operations by ensuring seamless and accurate payroll processing across multiple U.S. states and pay cycles. My role combines technical precision, collaboration, and system expertise to help Tower’s employees and teams perform at their best.In this position, I: • Process end-to-end U.S. semi-monthly and bi-weekly payrolls, ensuring compliance and accuracy across multiple jurisdictions. • Generate and analyze payroll and compensation reports to support Finance, HR, and leadership initiatives. • Partner with HR on onboarding, offboarding, and employee data integrity across Workday and integrated third-party systems. • Manage payroll and benefits inquiries with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and excellent service delivery. • Support the annual benefits enrollment process and assist in maintaining up-to-date employee communications. • Review integrations between Workday and vendor systems to ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies. • Contribute to general ledger reporting, employee departure notices, and other time-sensitive operational tasks.Tower Research Capital is a leading quantitative trading firm built on innovation, collaboration, and world-class engineering.
