I have learned so much while working for Express Employment. I held several positions. Each position taught me many skills that I currently utilize every day. Front Office Coordinator, Oct. 2021- Nov. 2021: As an FOC, my duties consisted of answering incoming calls, assisting walk- ins, assisting with applications and onboarding documents (online and on paper), assist with collecting weekly employee time cards, filing, and other duties as needed.Recruiter, Nov. 2021- Feb. 2022: Recruiting was very fun for me. I worked alongside another recruiter who trained me on how to create job postings on Facebook, Indeed, ZipRecruiter and Craigslist. I learned how to create ads using Canva and SOCi. I learned how to screen and interview candidates over the phone, learned to ask specific questions that pertained to the open job order, and learned other phone skills. Payroll Administrator/ Accounts Receivable, Feb. 2022- Feb. 2025: Learning how to process weekly payroll was an amazing experience. I learned how to collect weekly timecards for 300+ employees, I learned to manage my time and meet my payroll deadline each week. I learned to communicate with our employees and our clients when I had questions regarding their time sheets. I got to know how VMS systems work and what their terms were. It was a bit overwhelming in the beginning, but I really enjoyed being in charge of payroll and am thankful I had a strong team always helping me when I needed assistance.Accounts Receivable, Feb. 2022- Current: My duties include monitoring our aging reports for two different offices. I make sure that our clients are making timely payments. I check D&B Reports for new clients, assist our clients with invoice discrepancies, issue credits when needed, and assist with other duties as necessary. I was able to bring our reports from 40% and have maintained it above 90% current.
