Work with accounting staff, program staff, and managers to ensure proper implementation- Ensure that financial statements and reports for each Victor entity are completed in a timely and accurate manner, and in accordance with Generally Accepted Account Principles (GAAP)- Ensure all closing activities including general ledger maintenance and balance sheet, reconciliations are completed in a timely and accurate fashion; work with Financial Analysis team to ensure cost allocations are also completed accurately within established deadlines- Maintain and oversee a cash management process to maximize the Agency’s cash flow; execute check signing as needed- Assist the CFO with tasks and projects as assigned
