   As a results consultant for the Performance Results Network, I am responsible for working with senior executives of various community banks and credit unions in the U.S, Canada, and U.S. territories to increase performance levels across multiple business lines. This is accomplished not only through a focus on behavior change but to sustaining the peak performance achieved. I have implemented our processes with train-the-trainer methodology, in-classroom presentation and virtually in over 60 organizations during my time with Cohen Brown.One of my greatest pleasures is creating and then presenting multiple workshops on a monthly basis via teleconference or webinar. These sessions are designed to reinforce behaviors that generate results to bottom line revenue for tellers, bankers, managers, support, mortgage, business bankers, and executive management.
