Managing Counsel for insurance defense firm since February, 2005. Prior to that served as Litigation Team Leader and served as interim Managing Counsel from July, 2002 through February 2003. Designated counsel for MCU, Construction and Construction Defect matters. Independent case load responsibility for all stages of discovery, motion practice and litigation. Jury trial, mediation and arbitration experience. Experience in Workers’ Compensation defense up to and including Formal Hearings. In addition, served as Product Line Lead for Subrogation serving as Staff Counsel liaison for all Subrogation concerns. Prior to that served as Product Line Lead for Public Sector for 2 years. Serve as mentor and judge at the Staff Counsel trial school.
