Secured licensing partnerships for content with a proven track record of success and exploring new genres, contributing to subscriber growth, content diversification, and a 50% increase in Wondery+ Exclusive titles launched from 2023 to 2024.•Negotiated renewal deals for partners generating under 2M in revenue, ensuring consistent revenue streams from legacy creators. •Managed partner submissions pipeline, reviewing pitches from agencies and creators, and identifying podcasts that align with Wondery’s content strategy.•Tracked and escalated all partner payment issues, serving as the principal liaison between finance, accounts payable, and the partnership and content licensing teams to promptly resolve discrepancies and implement preventative measures to mitigate future challenges.
