Collections - call customers, mail default letters, keep detailed records, update databases.Exceptions - run reports through Sales Force on items missing from customer records.Fin Cen - complete entries in database to ensure there are no named suspects.Legal Tracker - open new matters, run miscellaneous reports, answer emails and questions.Share Point - draft payments, update customer accounts.IBS - utilize program to locate accounts.Bank Point - update customer notes, run reports.1099A & C - enter names into spreadsheet and IRS database.Administrative duties - examine procedures for department efficiency, organize and file documents in correct directories, order supplies, run weekly and monthly reports, enter invoices into Concur and track payments, identify misdirected documents or mail given to me, document search using Vision Content and Image Center, identify ways to save money.1. Participate in early, mid or late stages of the collections process to include foreclosures,repossessions, charge offs, recovery, bankruptcy and liaison collections. This includes collection calls and performing loss mitigation and recovery activities.2. Prepare reports - monthly non-performing loan report, weekly special asset report,zero balance report, exceptions report, delinquent tax report, etc.3. Assist officers with loan payoffs and payment receipts.4. Exact Bid - request property appraisals - Responsible for ordering appraisals and researching loanhistories.5. Assist the officers with organizing, indexing, and maintaining customer files and other requireddocumentation in compliance with the banks retention policy.6. Send renewals, modifications, and Forbearance Agreements to Loan Operations for processing.7. Responsible for inputting comments regarding loans into loan tracking system.8. Prepare and forward documents for electronic imaging.9. Create matters in legal tracking system.10. Coordinates the transfer of customers/accounts into Special Assets
