   Co-Founder of Pearl, an independent rating organization dedicated to making home performance matter. Pearl’s SCORE system—the national standard for rating home performance—helps homeowners understand and improve their home’s Safety, Comfort, Operations, Resilience, and Energy systems. By making performance visible and actionable, Pearl empowers homeowners to make informed decisions about buying, improving, and selling their homes. Pearl is a National Association of REALTORS 2017 REach Technology Accelerator company.In 2017 Ms. Adams accepted her invitation to serve on the National Association of Realtors Sustainability Advisory Group. She is also Past-Chair and founder of the Virginia Energy Efficiency Council, and currently serves on its Governance Board. In 2014 she was elected to the Efficiency First National Board and served two years in that capacity. Ms. Adams was appointed to the Governor\'s Virginia Energy Council in May 2014, and in May 2015, she was appointed to the Governor\'s Executive Committee on Energy Efficiency. Representing entrepreneur members, Ms. Adams has also served on the Governance Board for Potential Energy DC, a technology accelerator for energy industry startups located in the metro D.C. area.
