I am pleased to share that I have stepped into a new role as Senior Property Manager, overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial assets across South Florida.In this role, I lead the full scope of property and operational management, including strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, capital improvement initiatives, and leasing coordination. I am responsible for driving asset performance, maximizing occupancy, and implementing operational strategies that enhance long-term value.My position involves executive oversight of day-to-day operations, vendor and contract management, regulatory compliance, and preventive maintenance programs. I work closely with property owners, tenants, brokers, lenders, and governmental entities to ensure alignment with ownership objectives and to foster strong, collaborative stakeholder relationships.This role reflects a continued focus on operational excellence, disciplined financial management, and proactive leadership, with the goal of transforming commercial properties into high-performing, well-managed assets.
