As a mortgage loan professional, I have over twentyfive years of experience in handling various aspects of the mortgage business, from originations to servicing, from compliance to collections, and from bankruptcy to loss mitigation. I am a Notary Public commission issued by the state of Ohio and have certification in medical/clinical assistant from Cincinnati Metropolitan College. I also have my NMLS, waiting to be assigned to a new employer.I have worked with different types of loans, including conventional, portfolio, VA and FHA loans, and have demonstrated a high degree of accuracy and efficiency in running AUS systems, VA Portal, and FHA Connection. I have also worked closely with underwriters, borrowers, loan officers, and title companies, and have been recognized as a subject matter expert and a top performer by my previous employers. I am dedicated, resourceful, and flexible, and I strive to deliver excellent customer service and process improvement.
