Building strategic relationships between Mercury and its New Jersey agency force is integral for everyone\'s success. As the primary liaison to the agencies, I am instrumental in training their teams on company systems, products, and processes to establish profitable growth. Throughout the last year, it has also been important to keep agents engaged with our platform and products as we navigated an extremely difficult market. During this time, I assisted agencies in finding risks that are acceptable for new business. In addition to new business, retention of current clients is a topic that is at the forefront of each agency. My position also entails assisting agencies with processes and marketing techniques intended to retain their best customers. At a time when many companies have decided to pull back, marketing to the right prospects has been key. By providing my own personal experiences of being an agency owner, I am able to establish valuable relationships with agents who know I have walked in their shoes, and who know I also want them to be successful.
