   As part of the Office of Transformation and Strategy Delivery, help the 22 State of Minnesota executive agencies transform to a product operating model to * Create more valuable solutions that are highly aligned to residents, businesses and visitors needs and expectations* Provide more efficient, integrated, seamless end-to-end customer experiences* Increase the ease and efficiency for state employees to serve users of agency servicesHelp all levels of individuals understand the change, assess their readiness, create the change management plan and implement changes to enable success. Stand up a Product, Agile and Customer Experience (PACE) center of excellence, conduct pilots, prepare and coach leaders and supervisors, coach teams and developing coaches, identify value streams and products, recommend legislative updates, create playbooks, update job descriptions, provide training and consultations. Contract was renewed six times.
