Be the change. Walk the talk. On the road to transformative racial justice, the practices and approaches we use to get there matter just as much as the end destination. In essence, we need to be willing to do the work to become who we need to be, to go somewhere we\'ve collectively never been.As a public sector consultant and trained facilitator, I’ve managed projects with a variety of stakeholders across the country. Projects have included the assessment of policies and practices perpetuating inequity and negative outcomes for communities of color, developing participatory engagement practices, and strategic planning to achieve more equitable outcomes. At the core of all of my work is a deep commitment to equity, partnership, and building relationships rooted in trust and respect.
