ABOUT BRIAN HAYES

I am a Project Planner / Scheduler, with knowledge across Mining, Healthcare, Water, Rail, Warehousing, Multifunctional Developments, Bus Rapid Transport Solutions (BRTs), Oil & Gas, Power Plant Facilities and Retail, to name but a few.I have worked across the majority of Engineering disciplines: Civils, Structural, Electrical, IT, Mechanical and Fire, etc. and have an above average understanding of them all. I have a strong passion for planning and the complete project life cycle, from inception to completion.I have worked on all phases of a project, from inception to concept, detail design, procurement, construction, close-out, as well as claims adjudication when required.I have developed schedules ranging from: tenders, major & minor construction projects, close-out and adhoc specific project schedules.I have been involved in projects from a contractors, consultants and clients standpoint.Having worked with major international companies, medium enterprises and small startups, and have gained vast experience and company cultural learnings across the broad spectrum.Having a strong background in IT hardware and software, where I worked in the Helpdesk Environment, Network Administration, Server Administration and Telephony fields- has enabled me to work with programs such as: Primavera, MS Projects, Candy CCS and almost all Microsoft packages- More recently, I have started learning about BIM, 4D & 5D Planning and Power BI.
