Created company NDAs, document retention policies, and insurance renewal procedures.•Training: Lead internal legal trainings on insurance and operational legal topics, including deposits and regulatory practices.•Banking Operations: Counsel on customer deposit issues and respond to legal claims and subpoenas in compliance with law.•Compliance: Offer legal guidance on banking regulations and prepare responses to regulators and consumers regarding UCC matters, lending, deposits, and consumer complaints.
