ABOUT CALVIN YARUSS
I’m a Sophomore student in the Kelley School of Business Honors Program at Indiana University who is enthusiastic about Marketing and Business Analytics. I am as devoted to my learning as my involvement in the communities I care about. To gain new perspectives and learn, I have involved myself in organizations, including the Consumer Marketing Workshop to prepare for a career in marketing, The Business Network as Head of Marketing, Alternative Break Program as a Site Leader, and the Business Leadership Initiative at IU Hillel as the Kelley Student Government Representative. Naturally, I wanted to become a leader because of the counselors who impacted me in summer camp, where I have since returned as an Assistant Unit Leader, as a mentor to both campers and staff.The connections I continually make with others strengthen my academic motivation. I challenge myself to learn about all the different aspects a business is part of in the Kelley School of Business Honors program. Continuing to learn about branding and company strategy makes me excited to become part of an important team in a professional environment.
