After six years in fast fashion, transitioning to the textile circular economy with Beyond Retro at the Bank & Vogue group was the perfect fit. Over the past three years in Learning & Development with Bank & Vogue, I have progressed from Instructional Design Assistant to Instructional Designer, to my most recent position as Global L&D Lead. In this role, I was responsible for everything from identifying learning needs across the 300+ team, collaborating closely with subject matter experts and department heads, to overseeing the full design and delivery of e-learning on our LMS platform (360Learning).
