At Forseven — an EV start-up now integrated with McLaren under parent company Cyan — leading programme delivery for the Lifestyle Products team, overseeing a portfolio that includes vehicle accessories, customisation options, and holistic features- Responsible for lifestyle programme delivery across multiple car lines, including budget ownership, resource planning, and governance. Developed a delivery process aligned to Forseven’s core vehicle programme, built a roadmap, and introduced planning and tracking processes to ensure accountability.Alongside core responsibilities, seconded twice to the Tools & Processes team to support business-critical transformation initiatives- Over a 6-month period, led the design and roll-out of Forseven’s Risk & Issues Management and Change Control processes, as well as explored OnePlan as a potential tooling solution — covering everything from stakeholder engagement and documentation to training, communications, and post-launch support- More recently, delivered a 2-month secondment to support the implementation of a Jira-based programme planning tool, ensuring successful adoption through end-to-end planning, rollout, and embedding into departmental workflows.A key part of my role is cross-functional alignment — lead regular programme reviews with engineering, design, finance, and delivery teams and proactively resolve blockers and inefficiencies.
