WEICKMANN is one of the most experienced law firms in IP law. Since 1882, we have been assisting our clients in all areas of intellectual property law. My professional activity focuses on all trademark, design patent and unfair competition matters. My team and I establish extensive trademark portfolios and monitor and attend to them. Of course, we likewise represent our clients when enforcing property rights in court. Our practice includes protection against counterfeiting as well as piracy at trade fairs. In addition, I have specific expertise in all aspects of online law, including domain name law and the new gTLDs.
