ABOUT CVETA MAJTANOVIC
I operate where capital, technology and real-world systems converge: turning complexity into scalable ventures and new market structures. My work moves across domains: from industrial transformation and circular systems to AI and emerging technologies, wherever new value is being created and where the rules are still being written.I am not driven by predefined roles or conventional career paths. My founder mindset is oriented toward building, not fitting into structures that limit creativity or ambition.I work best in spaces without a clear playbook, where vision must meet execution, and where building something meaningful requires navigating uncertainty, aligning incentives, and making systems work at scale. Despite a double-degree PhD, I don’t operate within a traditional research mindset of identifying defined problems and optimizing solutions. More often, I find myself anticipating what doesn’t yet exist, sensing where systems will break, and designing solutions before the problem fully materializes. My background is intentionally non-linear. I started on stage, as a professional singer, songwriter, and winner of “IDOL,” recording with Sony & BMG\'s Jazzboys at the age of 18, learning early how to command attention, move people, and hold presence. I then moved into science and systems, building a deep understanding of how human behavior, technology and complex systems interact. Today, I operate at the intersection of both: the ability to inspire and the discipline to build.
