   The duties for Program Analyst (Recovery Coordinator) include:Coordinate disaster recovery efforts with other recovery and resilience stakeholders that consist of federal partners, state economic development and recovery and resilience management organizations, state and local appointed and elected officials, small business development and industry, finance, and resource partners.Develop plans that address the entire Recovery & Resiliency Continuum that facilitate the interconnectedness of recovery activities from pre-incident through long-term recovery within the National Disaster Recovery Framework (NDRF).Collaborate, coordinate, implement, and evaluate the ongoing effectiveness of recovery and resilience planning programs for State, Regional and local governments to improve their recovery and resilience operations.Compile expert level reports, informational papers and briefings which identify recovery practices to gain program support and describe program accountability to agency heads and stakeholders.Serve as an expert on Federal recovery statutes, regulations, policies, and procedures relevant to their impact on the delivery of the SBA disaster loan program.Serve as Agency spokesperson at regional conferences, meetings, committees, and working groups to present the organization\'s message and to ensure seamless integration of incident recovery operations.
