As CSO of White Sands Investment Partners, I lead strategy, growth, and operational integration across a diversified hospitality and real estate portfolio on Florida’s Forgotten Coast. Since 2020, I’ve helped drive exponential expansion across multiple verticals-Accelerated our development pipeline, moving from 4 homes built or renovated in 2020 to more than two dozen groundbreakings in 2024-Scaled Cape & Coast Premier Properties from 35 to nearly 300 vacation rentals, expanding into new Gulf Coast markets with a premium homeowner portfolio-Grew our hotel division from a single 31-room property into a 135-room operation with two hotels and three urban short-term rental complexes-Optimized a five-restaurant F&B portfolio while launching a new craft brewery and pub from concept to full-scale operation-Spearheaded the creation of a unified tech ecosystem—integrating software, data, and communication systems across all brands and departments to support scalable, cross-functional decision-making.Along the way, I led the effort to deliver to our family of colleagues and coworkers the kinds of benefits and workplace experiences that were previously unavailable to most in our region.
