Provide PM services and Agile coaching for Business Application Services group Project Spotlight – ServiceNow Unification: • Unify 4 instances of ServiceNow (from 4 sectors) into a single instance with streamlined process and consistent user experience • Product scope included ServiceNow ITSM suite: Incident Mgmt, Major Incident, Change Mgmt, Problem Mgmt, Knowledge Mgmt, IT Asset Management, Service Catalogs, CMDB, CSDM, Service Operations Workspace and a brand new front-end interfaceKey duties: • Led the project from initiation to closure • Created Project Charters, detailed Project Plans, budget artifacts and resource allocations for the entire project lifecycle • Prepared weekly reports, conducted weekly status meetings with project team, 2 vendor partners to follow up on status, action items, risks, issues and upcoming milestones • Ensured open communication and collaborative environment with internal and external teams • Collaborated with scrum teams to report on sprint progress and outcomes • Worked with Cloud and IAM teams for midserver installations and Workday/SSO integrations • Conducted Steering Committee meetings to report on accomplishments, risks, issues, decisions and completed milestones to C-suite audience • Led user focus groups to understand challenges and current end user experience • Co-led OCM (Organizational Change Management) with sector leads • Reported to stakeholders on UAT progress with key metrics and dashboard • Led Hypercare meetings post-Go Live and ensure key issues were addressed and workarounds communicated • Led Retrospectives, Lessons Learned meetings and identified key learnings and takeaways
