ABOUT CUTHBERT SIMON
Cuthbert Simon property career started in 1996 based in London. He designed leaflets which generated leads for some of the top property investors in the UK. He brought his first investment property in in Northampton and has been involved in property ever since. In he relocated to Northamptonshire and managed 2 properties in Northampton. In 2008 at the start of the Global recession he started Focal Point Estates with 2 other partners and now manages over 400 units for landlords who own property in Northamptonshire. Over the last 24 years he has helped and continues to assist many landlords manage their properties successfully and also buy investment property. Cuthbert has a vast knowledge in all aspects of residential letting and Property management & over 16 years’ experience in Marketing, property sales & investing. Focal Point Estates are still one of the few regulated Agencies in Northampton that offer Advice and full management services for HMO (house in Multiple Occupancy) landlords in Northamptonshire. He also publishes a bi monthly magazine called HMO.
