I am a bi-lingual (Swedish-Italian) BA (Hons) Business Marketing graduate with a passion for modern art, tourism, service management and hospitality. I do have a Diploma in Service Management from Malmö stad\'s education Service Manager for future tourism. From the experience gathered working several years in the tourism industry, dealing daily with customers in a thorough and accurate manner, I have learnt how to always keep the client and his needs in focus, by listening carefully and giving a service that exceeds expectations.
