Whether selling Preventative Maintenance Agreements, Retrofits or Upgrades on Mechanical Equipment, I thrive on helping customers solve their problems and this is what I love to do! I recognize the importance of delivering what the customer expects and take the initiative to assist our customers beyond the sale of the service provided. I was very surprised to learn how many Energy Efficiency rebates are available and was even more surprised that everyone isn’t aware of or taking advantage of these programs. Though these rebates are not my responsibility, I do feel it’s my duty to inform customers and make sure they are aware of these offerings. There are rebates available on various HVAC equipment including chillers, motors, compressors, HW heaters, controls etc- If it is saving KW or Therms – there are rebates available! When the end result is the customer has saved time, money and energy, we ALL win, even the environment!
