As the Director of School Day Support at Strategic Kids, I help districts and schools with their staffing needs. As a servant leader, I enjoy visiting schools and working closely with teachers, support staff, and students in classrooms throughout Orange County, California.As the Director of Cartooning, I created 32 online interactive step-by-step Strategic Cartooning video lessons to help bring out creativity in children while teaching life skills. As I draw each cartoon, children learn how to build their confidence, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. In addition, I dress up as different characters, such as Dr. STEAM, and teach kids of all ages how to draw Strategic Cartoons step-by-step in public and private schools throughout Orange County, California. I also train Strategic Kids staff with art backgrounds to be Enrichment Strategic Cartoonists. The philosophy of Strategic Kids is to enhance each child\'s education during the school year through enrichment programs that are fun and engaging.
