From the start of my career, I knew I wanted to help people. It took time to find the right path, but I discovered that coaching allowed me to combine my natural empathy with a structured, impactful way of supporting others. Since stepping into this profession, I’ve felt deeply fulfilled and confident that I’ve found my purpose.Some of my proudest achievements include- Launching a brand new coaching initiative at Coventry University to great success- Launching that same service internationally at Coventry University Campus in Wroclaw, Poland, adapting the model to a new cultural context- Developed and delivered a new Peer-to-Peer Mentoring initiative across Coventry University- Developing a course and training high level Senior Leaders and C-Suite Executives on values-led coaching & mentoring and how to effectively implement this culture within their organization.
