Implement strategies to cross-sell existing bank services to existing clientele. • Leverage technological solutions such as Salesforce, Tableau, Cadence, and SQL databases to facilitate collaborative communication with Sales, Account Executives, and other credit personnel. • Motivate employees through continual feedback, encouraging interaction, fostering employee suggestions, and praising employees for their accomplishments. • Years of experience as a voting member of the credit committee, compliance committee, IT steering committee, and funds management committee (ALCO). • Manage on-going customer loan grading program and credit assessment of all factoring/inventory accounts. • Meet with state and federal auditors to demonstrate bank safety and soundness.
