About Curtis Herms
I am currently a student attending Belk College of Business at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte as a senior. After working in property management for three years, I have shifted my focus to furthering my education in the business world. I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Analytics and Management Information Systems with an interest in Data Analytics and Business Management, as communication and problem-solving are passions of mine.My workplace experiences in Real Estate Property Management have provided me with insight into professional environments, professional communication, and time management in high-volume environments. Throughout this experience, I have honed my skills in these categories and can maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in a high-stress environment. I plan to continue to develop all of these skills, with experience learned on campus, to enhance my professional development.Additionally, I have been elected as the President of Alpha Kappa Psi - Eta Omega Chapter for the 20••••26 academic year. In this role, I will work alongside a team of seven other executive leaders to ensure the success of the Eta Omega Chapter as I grow my professional and management experience.
